It is unfortunate that the public is being cast in a Im black and must vote for Obama or Im white and I must be a racist if I vote for McCain. When will the surveys take the next step and find if the vote against Obama is due to race or as I contend a factor of not being right for the job? Give the audience a dream team of black candidate choices and see if Senator Obama would come out on top. All requirements being put aside give choices of General Colin Powell, Reverend Martin Luther King, Reverend Jesse Jackson, Reverend Desmond Tutu, Andrew Young to name a few. Take a look at the work of Magic Johnson and Johnson Development Corporation in comparison to the cited experience of Senator Obama and then consider your choice. The Obama machine has insulated him from satire (just ask the New Yorker about reprisal) and have sold us an image with no substance (Russian veto power at the UN). Now the same machine is guilting us into believing that only bigots would not vote for him.
